Campaign Genie has a number of modules that can all be configured to help make your campaign a rip roaring success. By using the tools at your disposal in the admin module you can configure and set your campaigns effectively and efficiently.
Campaigns allow for the setup of inbound and outbound campaigns. Configuration and settings include offering:
Local Call Line Identification, which means that a local number will show when you are calling out. This can help increase answer rates, thus improving your chances of making a sale.
Other settings include a Campaign Filter. This useful tool allows you to specify certain areas or numbers to call with your data set and ignore the rest, really customizing your campaign.
AMD, Answer Machine Detection, our system recognizes and takes out answer machines automatically, meaning your agents can do what they are good at and talk to customers promoting your business!
The data module allows you to upload and manage your data lists effectively. We have a very smart search tool that allows you to find a call made on the system, by agent, date and campaign. This will allow you to see all the history associated with the call and very importantly allows you to listen to the recording. All the call recordings on the system are 100% secure.
DNC List. Regulators take calling people on the TPS Telephone Preference List very seriously and so do we. That why we developed a DO NOT CALL tool in our software. If you do speak to someone who does not want to receive calls from your organisation, put them on the DNC list. Whenever you upload a new data list, our clever system will check if any numbers are on the DNC list and automatically take them out.
Users, allows the setup of new agents and sales groups onto the system. Its very quick and easy to use.
The Tools module is an excellent resource to really build your campaign and its effectiveness. This section allows scripting for agents, the setting of call times for different campaigns and shifts. And also boasts a sales target and motivational message that can be displayed on the wallboard.
Inbound, allows the admin to configure inbound campaigns. These can be standalone campaigns or blended campaigns which mean they are outbound aswell as inbound.
The Reports Module is what we refer to as The Knowledge. This very handy module gives the admin a complete overview of the live campaigns. It allows the manager to alter the dialler levels according to business needs. It also gives detailed reports on agent and campaign performance, ideal for employee engagement and training. Not to forget those essential data stats on the days performance.
Our Chat Module allows admin to send messages to agents live in call, this can help close a sale or pass on vital information about the campaign.
