Here’s How the Tech Works
Our Ultimate Fibre Broadband offering is where fibre meets leased line connectivity. It is known as EoFTTC – Ethernet over Fibre to the Cabinet. This means fibre optic cables connect the telephone exchange to a cabinet in the street close to your business. Bonded copper wires (instead of a telephone connection) are then used to bring the connection from the cabinet to your business.
The connection is therefore much more resilient than standard fibre broadband. It is also faster than many of the other ethernet products on the market.
Contract Options that Make Business Sense
We created our Ultimate Fibre Broadband packages to meet the needs of UK SMEs. One and three year deals are available, both at affordable prices. With three-year deals, there is no connection charge and you have the option to also get a managed router. This will reduce the burden on your technical team as we can resolve many issues remotely – often before you even notice they are a problem.
In addition, you can expect the excellent levels of customer service that Xcess Telecom is renowned for – we are a UK-based team of telecoms experts who understand the needs of your business.
